What we do

Three doors in.
One team that ships.

We work the way a small in-house team would — except faster, with sharper opinions, and without the headcount overhead.

01

Custom SaaS products

Production-grade web and mobile apps, end-to-end. Your idea, our engineering — shipped to your users.

  • Discovery & scope in a week
  • Design + build in 2-week sprints
  • Deployed on Vercel, AWS, or Supabase
02

AI automation

We embed AI where it earns its keep — voice agents, intelligent inbox triage, document extraction, decision support.

  • LLM workflows with Claude & OpenAI
  • Voice & realtime with ElevenLabs
  • n8n + custom pipelines, observable
03

Full-stack development

React, React Native, Next.js, Node. Modern stack, clean code, fast delivery — handed over with docs you can read.

  • Web apps, mobile apps, dashboards
  • Type-safe APIs and integrations
  • 100% of the code is yours, day one
What we've built

How we work

From “could you build…” to live in production.

No proposals, no kick-off theatre. We move from conversation to shipping software in days, not months.

  1. 01Day 1

    Tell us your problem

We start with a conversation. What's broken? What do you need? No deck, no questionnaire — just a call.

  2. 02Week 1

    We propose a solution

A clear scope, timeline, and price. One page. You'll know exactly what you're getting before you sign anything.

  3. 03Sprint 1—N

    We build and ship

Two-week sprints. Working software every Friday. You see progress, give feedback, and steer the work.

  4. 04Launch

    You go live

We deploy, test, and hand over. Your product, your data, your control. Optional retainer for ongoing work.

Our stack

Boring tools. Sharp execution.

We pick tools that we trust at 2 a.m. — well-documented, well-supported, and easy to hand over.

Frequently asked

Common questions we hear.

Most of what founders ask us before signing — answered up front.

How long does a typical project take?
Two-week sprints with working software every Friday. Most builds land in 6–12 weeks from kickoff to live.
What does it cost?
Every engagement starts with a one-page scope and price you'll see before signing. Reach out and we'll send a number within 24 hours.
Do I own the code?
100% of the code is yours on day one. We work directly in your GitHub. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary platforms.
Where are you based, and what time zones do you work in?
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (UTC+8). We overlap fully with Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, and Dubai, and catch London mornings.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Often. Bring the business problem in plain language — we'll translate it into working software and walk you through the engineering decisions as they come up.
What stack do you use?
Next.js, React, React Native, Node, Python. Supabase, Vercel, AWS for infra. Claude and OpenAI for LLMs, ElevenLabs for voice. Boring, well-supported tools we trust at 2 a.m.
How does AI automation work in practice?
It's usually one or two specific bottlenecks, not 'AI everywhere'. Inbox triage, document extraction, voice agents, decision support. We embed AI where it earns its keep.
Can you build mobile apps?
Yes — React Native for iOS and Android from one codebase. TapDuty's app runs on it. Native when there's a real reason.
